We were very happy with everything from the hotel. The location in a very quiet area was perfect for a peaceful getaway. The service provided by the staff was attentive and friendly. The rooms were well-appointed with amenities such as a mini-bar, balcony, sitting area, and in-room safe. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a great convenience. The dining restaurant and bar/lounge area offered a delicious breakfast and a good selection of Austrian wines. The leisure facilities, including the swimming pool, were clean and enjoyable. we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this place to friends.

Clean - well cared for, & friendly with excellent food

The room was very comfortable and had all the necessary amenities. The breakfast and dinner were plentiful and diverse. The hotel was conveniently located close to public transportation and tourist attractions. The spa facilities were top-notch and provided a relaxing experience after a long day.

The staff could have been more attentive and welcoming, especially during check-in. The Wi-Fi signal in the room was weak and unreliable, making it difficult to work efficiently.

The hotel had friendly and efficient staff, it was warm and comfortable, and the meals were excellent.

Only very minor problem was somewhat limited headroom in parts of the bathroom.

We had a fantastic Christmas at this hotel! The staff was super friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The location was ideal, with just a short walk to the city center and the ski lifts. The free wifi was a great bonus, allowing us to stay connected throughout our stay. The bed was comfortable and provided a good night's sleep after a day of skiing. And the front desk team was incredibly knowledgeable, giving us great recommendations for activities and sightseeing in the area.

While overall the experience was fantastic, the breakfast could have been better. It didn't meet our family's expectations, and we were hoping for a wider variety of options.

But the breakfast was bad, really very few dishes to choose, it would be nice if you added some more dishes in the menu.

The food is very fresh and well made. The staff is very service minded, and try to fulfill every need you may have.

We asked for 2 extra beds for children in advance, which was confirmed. But it was actually a rather small foldout coach.

The hotel is situated in a very convenient location, close to the city center and within walking distance to the KUR Zentrum. The surrounding area is picturesque and offers beautiful walks, while the sauna area and thermal swimming pool provide a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The staff at the hotel are friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. The food, from breakfast to dinner, is delicious and generous, with delightful surprises such as cakes and coffee. the hotel is classy and ensures a memorable stay.

The hotel's afternoon snacks were not up to par, lacking in quality and variety.

The hotel is quite good, the lobby and restaurant look luxurous, rich tasty breakfast and very nice spa zone with thermal pool included in the room rate.

The standard double room looked dated, of quite small size with small bathroom, not enough value for money. Compared to other hotel premises room was poor.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Bad Hofgastein. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness and the excellent hotel facilities. The location was perfect, nestled in the mountains and just a short walk from the center of town. We especially appreciated the convenience of being close to the ski lifts. The staff were friendly and helpful, with some even speaking our language. The breakfast provided was delicious and the perfect way to start our day of skiing.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
